Information shown on the event page, confirmations, and tickets. Some fields are pre-filled from your organization settings.

Event Visibility
Inherited from your organization default. Public events appear in search and on your organizer page, private events require a direct link, unlisted events are accessible via link but hidden from listings.
Only visible to your team. Use this for logistics, reminders, or coordination notes.

Location & capacity

Where the event takes place. The address is shown on the event page, tickets, and confirmation emails.

Name of the building or location, e.g. 'Konzerthaus Freiburg'.
Street name and number as it should appear on tickets.

Pre-filled from your organization's regional defaults.

Step-free access to the event area, including entrance, seating, and stage view.
Elevator access to all floors used during the event.
At least one restroom designed for wheelchair users, with grab bars and sufficient space.
Induction loop installed in the main event area for hearing aid users.
A sign language interpreter will be present during talks and announcements.
Shown on the event page so attendees can plan ahead. Only check what the venue actually provides.
Anything not covered above, e.g. accessible parking, entrance details, or sensory-friendly areas.

Specific room, hall, or outdoor area within the venue. Printed on tickets if set.

Contact details for the person or team running this event. Pre-filled from your organization profile. Changes here only apply to this event.

The primary contact for this event.
Shown on the event page and tickets. Usually your company name.
Displayed alongside the organizer name, e.g. 'Event Manager' or 'Head of Conferences'.
Used for attendee inquiries and order-related communication.
Optional. Shown on the event page for urgent questions.
Shown on the event page if the organizer profile is public. Keep it short and relevant to attendees.
Shows the organizer name, bio, and contact details on the public event page.

Adds a 'Contact organizer' button to the event page. Messages are sent to the organizer email above.
Adds the organizer name, email, and phone to every booking confirmation.
Preferred contact method

Controls which channel attendees see first when reaching out.
Backup person or phone number if the primary organizer is unavailable, e.g. a day-of coordinator.
